The chaos is the point
These days, the word "chaos" has become synonymous with the Republican majority in the House. From attempting to force their extremist values on American families to their political stunts to try and distract from their inaction on the issues that matter to Americans, Republicans have demonstrated they are not fit to lead.
Right now, we have a major political party controlled by its most extreme faction. This chaos is tearing apart the very fabric of our democracy, and I am deeply concerned.
Thankfully, our narrow majority in the Senate is keeping House Republican antics at bay, but we only have a razor-thin majority. That's why it's essential that we maintain and expand it in the next cycle.
Republicans prioritize power above all else. They've refused to hold their leaders accountable, overlooking mountains of corruption for fear of losing influence.
It's wrong, plain and simple.
Last election, Republicans gained an inch, and they've taken a mile. We cannot let this rampant chaos go on any further.
We need strong Democratic majorities to enact progressive policies that move our country forward, not backward.
That's only going to happen if we come together now. Will you pitch in now and join our growing movement to restore trust in our democracy?
This fight won't be easy. But together, we can overcome Republican cruelty and chaos.
More soon,
Ron
